How can I print my Progress Tracker?

From the View Progress page, you can simply click the Print button. If you want to print dates that are different from those shown on the View Progress page, simply click the left or right arrows to change the range of dates.

How do I scroll through dates?

Your tracker starts on the day of your first saved entry. Every time you add an entry, it will save that day to your tracker. You cannot add entries or view dates that occur before your start date.

How can I change or add more information to my Progress Tracker?

There are 2 ways to do this:

  • From the View Progress page, click the date for which you want to change or add information
  • From the Add Entry page, use the left or right arrows to select the date for which you want to change or add information. You cannot add entries or view dates that occur before your start date

How can I share this Progress Tracker with my healthcare provider?

Simply print the Progress Tracker and bring it to your next office visit. To print your Progress Tracker, follow the instructions in the first question (above).

What should I do if I miss a day of tracking my progress and want to add information later?

There are 2 ways to do this:

  • From the View Progress page, click the date for which you want to change or add information

I used my computer to enter information into my Progress Tracker. Why can’t I see that information on my phone?

It’s important to carefully choose which device you want to use for tracking your progress—your computer, phone, or other device. For your privacy, the information you enter will be stored only on the 1 device you choose.

Is the information I enter into my Progress Tracker private?

The information you enter into your Progress Tracker is only stored “locally.” That means it is stored only on the device (your computer, phone, or other device) you use to track your progress. The information is not stored anywhere else.
